Shawn M. Cole, MD
MS, MHA, DABOM
Dr. Shawn Cole is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine with over 20 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, and metabolic health. A graduate of University of Illinois College of Medicine and Yale-New Haven Hospital Residency in Internal Medicine, he also holds master’s degrees in Health Administration and Applied Nutrition. Known for his patient-first approach, Dr. Cole has led innovative care models at Yale-New Haven Health and the Veterans Affairs Health Care System and has been a leader and advisor for numerous telehealth organizations over the last decade. His clinical passions are many with expertise in obesity medicine, men’s and women’s wellness and hormone optimization, cardiometabolic health, and direct primary care. Dr. Cole employs a caring, personalized approach to help individuals achieve their health goals and is licensed in all 50 states.

Cassidy Warner
PA-C
Cassidy Warner, PA-C is a dedicated board-certified Physician Assistant at Celly Health’s Traverse City office, known for her personalized approach to women’s health, gut health, hormone balance, and preventive care. With training from Oakland University and a Master’s from the University of Michigan–Flint, Cassidy blends clinical expertise with a passion for lifestyle medicine—empowering patients with knowledge, compassion, and a care experience where they feel truly heard.
